The Juggernaut was marching through the Hottest Comics this week, and his debut issue led the charge.

It’s sing-a-long time! “You can’t stop him...ah, ah, ah, ah…you can’t stop this mother…”

The unstoppable Juggernaut was feeling the love from the collecting community, and it moved his first appearance into the top 20 this week. What other issues joined him on this unstoppable journey? Take a look.

60. X-MEN #12 (NEW TO THE LIST)

There were several X-Men keys on this week’s index, and that is likely due to Deadpool 3 and the animated X-Men ‘97. As far as I am aware, there hasn’t been any mention of Juggernaut returning for the film, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a cameo at the least. However, X-Men ‘97 is likely to feature him in multiple episodes as he did in the original show.

Between the two possibilities, it would seem it’s enough to have buyers rolling the dice on Jug’s first appearance.

69. TMNT: THE LAST RONIN #1 (NEW TO THE LIST)

*Spoiler alert! Skip to the next listing if you don't want to know who The Last Ronin is!

After nearly four decades, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are still finding ways to be reinvented for new generations. Perhaps their most ambitious project has been The Last Ronin, a post-apocalyptic tale of Michelangelo being the last surviving Ninja Turtle on a quest for revenge.

It has been a huge success for IDW, and that has spawned upcoming prequel stories. There’s also a God of War-style game in the works. The only thing left is for a movie or series announcement.

79. KANAN: THE LAST PADAWAN #1 (NEW TO THE LIST)

Disney continues to roll out the Star Wars projects, and more characters from Kanan are finding their ways onto the small screen. Once Ahsoka gets its series premiere, we’re likely to see even more familiar faces from Clone Wars and Rebels, which by extension means the comic book adaptation, Kanan: The Last Padawan.

It’s enough to have buyers staying on the hunt for the coveted first issue.

89. SPIDER-MEN #1 (NEW TO THE LIST)

No question, this issue is getting the rub from Across the Spider-Verse. With Miles Morales and Peter B. Parker teaming up again on the silver screen, it has buyers thinking Spider-Men #1. It doesn’t hurt matters that all the other Spider-Miles keys are so expensive, leading collectors on a budget to the sunny confines of Spider-Men #1.

The real money will be if we see Miles in the MCU. Having the first official meeting between Peter Parker and Miles Morales will be a jewel in your collection when that happens on the screen.

100. ULTIMATE FALLOUT #4 SECOND PRINT (NEW TO THE LIST)

Pulling up the caboose in this week’s Hottest Comics train is Miles’ first appearance in Ultimate Fallout #4. Actually, it’s the second print, so it’s not exactly his first appearance. (Somewhere in my mind, I hear Vision asking me if I have heard of the ship of Theseus.) Similar to Spider-Men #1, the UF #4 second print is the cheaper option for buyers hunting down those Across the Spider-Verse keys.

Of course, anything from those early Spider-Miles appearances is worth having in your collection. No matter how much excitement Spider-Verse creates, it will pale in comparison to Miles’ debut in live-action.
