The Multiverse of Madness fallout is reverberating across the secondary market with key issues tied directly to MOM invading the Hottest Comics.

Get your swimsuit ready because it is time to take our weekly dive into the top-100 bestsellers on eBay. Of course, the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness premiere is setting several issues ablaze this week. The much-anticipated Illuminati entered the MCU stage left and exited stage right in dubious fashion, but their key issues are still running hot. Will we see a drop in the coming weeks? That is likely, but for now, they are trending in the Hottest Comics.

Trending Comics: That Multiverse of Madness Fallout47. GIANT-SIZE X-MEN #1 (+37)

Technically, the X-Men and the world of Marvel’s merry mutants were introduced in Multiverse of Madness.

Debuting his yellow, futuristic hover chair straight from the cartoons, Professor X made his entrance and exit with much fanfare.

Where Marvel Studios is going from here is debatable, but if Charles Xavier exists in the MCU, so do the remainder of the X-Men.

That is no doubt fueling a new round of speculation for the issue that made the team famous, GSX #1.

Like Xavier, Black Bolt came and went in the blink of an eye.

His surprise cameo was leaked ahead of the MOM premiere, but it didn’t lessen the awe of seeing the king of the Inhumans in all his glory.

Infamously, it didn’t last long, and that leaves us wondering if MOM is the true end to the Royal Family.

At least Black Bolt’s first appearance in FF #46 had another week to shine and reclaim some of its past glory.

71. SENSATIONAL SHE-HULK #1 (NEW TO THE LIST)Trending Comics: That Multiverse of Madness Fallout

As with all things MCU, the audience is looking to the future for the next wave of key issues.

That leads collectors on a path to She-Hulk ahead of her Disney+ legal comedy.

While her first appearance in Savage She-Hulk #1 remains the queen of keys, more speculators are turning their attention to She-Hulk’s John Byrne era.

Many fans believe the streaming series will take inspiration from the 1989 comics, and that is generating interest for Sensational She-Hulk #1.

74. UNCANNY X-MEN #244 (NEW TO THE LIST)

The butt of many X-Men jokes, Jubilee is sparking attention from collectors.

While there are some theories that she will be part of the MCU’s live-action X-Men, the real culprit for her first appearance reaching the Hottest Comics is the upcoming cartoon.

MOM’s Professor X was straight from the animated series, and Disney previously announced a revival in the X-Men ‘97 cartoon.

One of the key members of that team was Jubilee, and she could have a larger role in the revamped show.

87. SILVER SURFER #4 (NEW TO THE LIST)

The day is coming when Thor and the Silver Surfer recreate this iconic cover image on the big screen.

With Reed Richards appearing in MOM and a Fantastic Four movie on the way, it raises more questions about the Silver Surfer’s future.

So many of Marvel’s movies and series are venturing into the cosmos, and Thor: Love and Thunder is at the forefront.

Who’s to say he won’t encounter the Sky-Rider of the Spaceways?
