Sure, it may be early in the month to be declaring the gem in the month, but I’m pretty confident that nothing’s knocking Sandman Dream Hunters #1 out of the top spot.
I’m a big fan of Neil Gaiman’s work, and this is one of my favorites. I was chomping at the bit for to get this week’s new comics and tear into this story. Gaiman has adapted the story himself and it feels the same. Let me be the first to tell you that P. Craig Russell has done a beautiful job with the art–if a picture is worth a thousand words, this 32-page book will say plenty!
Don’t forget that this is just the tip of the iceberg. We still have 3 more issues to go. ;)
