Media Release -- DC Comics' new WildStorm "Read Before You Buy" program now will begin in November with VICTORIAN UNDEAD #1, the first part of a 6-issue miniseries from writer Ian Edginton and artist Davide Fabbri.
Scheduled to arrive in stores on November 18, retailers will receive one copy of VICTORIAN UNDEAD #1 (SEP090202; Variant edition: SEP090203), on November 4, one day before the issue's Final Order Cutoff date of November 5, under item code AUG098186. This will give retailers the chance to review the issue and adjust their orders before FOC.
The "Read Before You Buy" program provides one free copy of VICTORIAN UNDEAD #1 to every retailer placing a DC Comics order for delivery that week, one copy per Diamond account. Retailers do not have to place a prior order for the title to receive the free copy. "Read Before You Buy" copies will not be counted for market share, and are not intended for resale.
Please note that the Final Order Cutoff date for the VICTORIAN UNDEAD #1 Variant Edition (SEP090203) is incorrect in the September Retailer Order Form; the correct Final Order Cutoff date for this issue is November 5.
