It was announced today Dark Horse will publish new Beanworld stories in 2009:

Fifteen years later, he's thrilled to be back. "Sometimes I feel like Robert Oppenheimer with the atomic bomb," Marder said. "I'm working on something and I'm not really sure what it means."

Dark Horse plans to republish the first 21 issues of Tales of the Beanworld, possibly in deluxe hardcover editions, then deliver Marder's new adventures sometime in early 2009. Diana Schutz will edit.
