Civil War: Front Line #11 hit stores last week, concluding the best-selling and critically hailed complement series to the biggest comic event of the last decade: Civil War.

Giving a street-level view of the war in the Marvel Universe, Civil War: Front Line was hailed by critics and here are just a few of the outstanding reviews:

Aaron Stueve of Broken Frontier says, “The collection of artists here are cheer-worthy…on stories masterfully told by Paul Jenkins.”

Andy Oliver of BrokenFrontier.com says, “They never fail to convey the human drama involved to its utmost.”

Martijn Form of SilverBulletComicBooks.com said, “Paul Jenkins is writing this book with great enthusiasm, making the whole Civil War saga something not to be missed.”

Steve Ekstrom of Newsarama.com says “Jenkins’ work on this series is probably some of the strongest work he’s done in comics—ever.”

Ekstrom also added the following in his review of Civil War: Front Line #11, “I could only hope that out of the developments made in this issue that Frontline could become a new series in this “new quo” Marvel Universe.”

Fans who echo this reviewer’s sentiments need not worry because writer Paul Jenkins and artist Ramon Bachs as well as the stars of Civil War: Front Line will return this summer for Marvel’s next smashing event in the pages of World War Hulk: Front Line!
