Product Changes, New Printings & Variant Editions

  • Dark Reign: The List – Secret Warriors has sold out at Diamond (though copies may still be available at retail level) and will return with Dark Reign: The List – Secret Warriors Second Printing Variant. The second printing features an all-new cover by Ed McGuinness.
  • Daredevil #501 has sold out at Diamond (though copies may still be available at retail level) and will return with Daredevil #501 Second Printing Variant. This second printing features Roberto De La Torre’s interior artwork on the cover.
  • Deadpool #16 has sold out at Diamond (though copies may still be available at retail level) and will return with Deadpool #16 Second Printing Variant. This second printing features Paco Medina’s interior art on the cover.
  • Fall of the Hulks Alpha (Reg./Var.: OCT090514-15, $3.99), solicited as a 32-page title, will now run 48 pages with 31 new story pages plus bonus content at no additional cost. Additionally, the Fall of the Hulks Gamma Ed McGuinness Variant (OCT090517) has changed to a Fall of the Hulks Alpha Ed McGuinness Variant.
  • Spider-Woman #4 (OCT090539, $2.99) will have a new cover by Alex Maleev, which differs from what was previously solicited.
  • In addition to the solicited X-Factor #46-#50, X-Factor: Overtime Premiere HC (OCT090611D) will contain the X-Factor: Layla Miller One-Shot. Solicited as being 128 pages at $19.99, the HC is now 160 pages at $24.99.
  • Originally solicited as running five issues, Captain America: Reborn (#5 – SEP090373, $3.99) will now be a six-part limited series.
  • Punisher Noir #4 (Reg./Var.: SEP090384-5, $3.99) will have art by Antonio Fuso, not Paul Azaceta.
  • Fantastic Four #573 (Reg.: SEP090425, Var.: AUG098089, $2.99 ea.) will have pencils by Neil Edwards, not Dale Eaglesham.
  • In addition to Fred Van Lente & Greg Pak, Incredible Hercules #138 (SEP090435, $3.99) will also be written by Jeff Parker.
  • Iron Man vs. Whiplash #1 (Reg.: SEP090439, $3.99) will have a cover by Brandon Peterson, not Phil Briones.
  • Marvel Super Hero Squad #3 (SEP090444, $2.99) will be written by Todd Dezago in addition to Paul Tobin.
  • Uncanny X-Men: First Class #5 (SEP090484, $2.99) will have art by Nelson DeCastro, not Roger Cruz.
