Media Release -- The LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION features the DIRECTORS and STARS of two new supernatural themed movies, "LEGION" and "THE GRAVES" at the SUNDAY, JANUARY 10, 2010 event. Appearing in Person for Sony Pictures "LEGION" will be Director SCOTT STEWART and Stars TYRESE GIBSON (Transformers), ADRIANNE PALICKI (Friday Night Lights), and DOUG JONES (Silver Surfer in Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, Abe Sapien in the Hellboy Movies). The LEGION Presentation starts at 12:00 P.M. and will feature film clips, question and answer session, and free LEGION give-aways courtesy of Sony Pictures.
BRIAN PULIDO, the Creator of CHAOS! Comics characters Lady Death, Evil Ernie, and Purgatori, writes, directs, and produces his first full length horror film "THE GRAVES." BRIAN will appear on stage at 2:00 P.M. with Stars TONY TODD (Candyman), BILL MOSELEY (Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Army of Darkness), and CLARE GRANT and JILLIAN MURRAY (starring as THE GRAVES sisters) to preview scenes from THE GRAVES courtesy of After Dark Films.
The LOS ANGELES COMIC BOOK AND SCIENCE FICTION CONVENTION also features over 100 exhibitor tables full of Old and New Comic Books, Toys, Graphic Novels, Movie Memorabilia, Trading Cards, and much more available for purchase. The event will be held at the Shrine Auditorium Expo Center, 700 West 32nd Street, in Los Angeles, across from USC College. Show hours are 10:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. Regular Admission is $8.00, five years and under are free. Premium Admission is $20.00.
