Hero Initiative and Bill Willingham to attend C2E2 2012Media Release -- Hero Initiative, the non-profit organization that helps comic creators in need, will be breezing into the windy city of Chicago with the legendary Bill Willingham to attend Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo April 13-15th. Also known as C2E2, the convention will be held at the North Building at McCormick Place located at 2301 S. Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, Illinois.

Willingham, perhaps best known for his work on Fables and Fairest for DC Comics, will be signing and sketching all weekend at booth #704. Proceeds will go directly to Hero Initiative, a win for all! And while you’re waiting for your sketch, check out Hero’s special $2 sale, with prices on select items at savings up to 87% off! Don’t miss out!

About The Hero Initiative
The Hero Initiative is the first-ever federally chartered not-for-profit corporation dedicated strictly to helping comic book creators in need. Hero creates a financial safety net for yesterday’s creators who may need emergency medical aid, financial support for essentials of life, and an avenue back into paying work. It's a chance for all of us to give back something to the people who have given us so much enjoyment. Hero is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) charity.
