The Helstrom show on Hulu came to a screeching halt after just a brief season. In reality, the show lasted on television for less than a month before Marvel pulled the plug on the show. Helstrom is a standalone television show focusing on Daimon and Ana Helstrom. The characters are based on the Marvel Comics characters of Daimon and Satana Helstrom. Interestingly, it was confirmed that this show would not be connected to the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Helstrom was the show that would pave the way for the Adventure into Fear franchise for Marvel television.

Another show that had plans for this franchise was Ghost Rider, starring Gabriel Luna. Plans were quickly canceled once Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios took full control of the television plans. Sadly, the buildup for Hellstrom was for nothing after all. Though, plans for a reboot could be coming in the near future. The rumors of a revival are hinted at from an article from Mikey Sutton.

FUTURE PLANS

Future plans for Marvel Studios include a supernatural phase, with Blade being confirmed in San Diego Comic-Con in 2019. Blade, along with other characters like him such as Ghost Rider, Werewolf By Night, Elsa Bloodstone, and Dracula, are some examples of characters that are rumored to join the MCU in the future. Doctor Strange has provided a glimpse of what is expected so far and the sequel movie is rumored to break all normal barriers.

DAIMON

Daimon Hellstrom is known in the comics as the "Son of Satan". In the Hulu show, Daimon is portrayed as the son of a powerful serial killer. Rumors are flying high of Damion's revival to the MCU due to the excitement of WandaVision. Rumors are pointing the finger that the supernatural villain pulling the strings is Mephisto. Mephisto is a powerful demon with powers such as magical manipulation, shapeshifting, mystical deal, and reality manipulation. The belief is that Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) made a deal with the demon. The deal she made is due to her depression after suffering from the death of Vision. There is a belief that Wanda made a deal with Mephisto that involved the creation of her sons. The deal would involve using Mephisto's soul to create the children.

The spin is that Marvel could be bringing back Daimon as the son of Mephisto. It would be an interesting point of view to place Daimon as a villain. In the comics, Damion never fully embraces his identity and abilities of the Son of Satan and constantly plays the hero role. In addition, Ana (in the comics, Satana) is also rumored to join the MCU as well. Both actors and actresses from the Hulu show will be recast.

SATANA

There is a lull period for these characters and it is a good time to buy low on their books. There are two books cited as the first full appearance of Daimon Hellstrom. Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) notes the first full appearance of Daimon in Ghost Rider #2. The current Fair Market Value (FMV) for a 9.8 graded copy is sitting at $2,400. Satana is another under-valued character in the supernatural scene. Her first appearance is in Vampire Tales #2. It is a unique book to find as it is magazine-sized.  The current FMV for a 9.8 graded copy is currently at $1,950. I truly believe Mephisto will be a big bad villain for the MCU for a long time and these characters should provide awesome gains if they join the MCU.
