Underwood Books, the publisher of Icon: A Retrospective by the Grand Master of Fantastic Art, Legacy: Paintings and Drawings of Frank Frazetta and Testament, the Life and Art of Frank Frazetta and Frank Frazetta satisfactorily resolved all issues between them. Both parties are pleased with the confidential settlement.

Icon, Legacy and Testament have been recently published by Underwood in paperback and are available in stores and through the Internet.

Having regained the rights to his artwork, Mr. Frazetta was asked about future endeavors. Frazetta revealed that he is negotiating with publishers on new books but could not reveal the status of the confidential negotiations.
