Female Force TPBMedia Release -- In light of the resignation announcement by Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, her comic biography for Bluewater Productions’ upcoming Female Force trade paperback release will include a new epilogue that covers this latest development.

"We felt this was another defining moment in her career and we would be remiss if we didn’t update her story," said Darren Davis, Bluewater’s president. "Because of the lead time needed to print the book for its September release, we will try and include any relevant details reported this month."

Female Force Volume I, scheduled for release September 30th, includes the unabridged issues featuring Sarah Palin, Hillary Clinton, Michelle Obama, and Caroline Kennedy. It also includes a forward written by "Center for American Women and Politics".

The new pages will be produced by "Female Force: Sarah Palin’s" original artist Ryan Howe. No plans to update any of the other biographies are scheduled.

"Female Force: Sarah Palin," which was released in February, is currently in its third printing and is one of the more successful titles of the series.

"She is a polarizing figure, but a compelling one," Davis remarked as to why he thought the Palin title has sold so well. "Many scoffed when I said last year we’ll still be talking about Palin long after the election. I think she will be a topic of conversation for many years."

Female Force offers a broad examination of strong and influential women who are shaping modern history and culture. Each woman featured in the trade paperback will include alternate cover drawings.

The comic book series, launched earlier this year, has drawn considerable media attention, including features on CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, and "Live with Regis and Kelly." It has also been featured in such periodicals as People Magazine, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, USA Today and thousands of blogs and other media outlets.
