Media Release -- Due to a potentially severe winter storm that is forecast to strike the Mid-Atlantic region from late today through Wednesday, February 10, please note that Diamond's Home Office in Timonium, MD, MAY be closed tomorrow.
In that event, we anticipate that Diamond's Home Office will reopen on Thursday, February 11, and our Customer Service Department will be available to process Overages, Shortages, and/or Damages (OSDs) at that time.
However, should the Home Office be closed on Wednesday, and you need to report a MAJOR Overage, Shortage, and/or Damage, please contact your Diamond Distribution Center, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. local time, via the following phone numbers:
