Media Release -- In partnership with Diamond Distributors, Dark Horse Comics is pleased to announce the FCBD Gold offering: Critical Role/The Witcher, arriving August 14 at your local comic shop.
The Dark Horse Free Comic Book Day Gold offering will include two short stories from two of your favorite fantasy realms: Critical Role and The Witcher! In Critical Role, explore a small but important corner from the adventures of the Mighty Nein. This world-building short story is brought to life by seasoned Critical Role writer Jody Houser and new to the series artist Tyler Walpole.
Then, in The Witcher, gain new insight on the iconic witcher Geralt in an original tale! In close collaboration with CD Projekt Red, The Witcher short story was created by Bartosz Sztybor, Nil Vendrell, Miquel Muerto, and Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou.
