Product Changes, New Printings & Variant Editions

DARK HORSE COMICS

• The price of the Bruce Campbell 12" Figure (DEC08 0079) – originally solicited at $89.99 – has changed to $49.99.

DC COMICS

• The WATCHMEN: THE ABSOLUTE EDITION HC Fifth Printing (OCT080161) has a new Final Order Cutoff date of November 20 and a new instore date of December 3. Please note that orders may fill with the Fourth Printing.

• With the TRANSMETROPOLITAN VOL. 1: BACK ON THE STREET TP currently out of stock at DC Comics, the new TRANSMETROPOLITAN VOL. 1: BACK ON THE STREET NEW EDITION TP is advance-solicited in the December Previews to arrive in stores in March. As a reminder, this new edition collects TRANSMETROPOLITAN #1-6 – the contents of the previous edition of the TRANSMETROPOLITAN VOL. 1: BACK ON THE STREET TP plus issues #4-6 of the series.

• Please note that orders for THE COMPLEAT DEATH HC (NOV080221) have been cancelled. This title will be replaced by THE ABSOLUTE DEATH HC, to be solicited at a later date.

• Orders for the BEN10: IT'S HERO TIME TP (OCT080183) have been cancelled. This title will not be resolicited.

IMAGE COMICS

• In conjunction with events commemorating The Darkness #75 (DEC08 2280-83, $4.99), Top Cow Productions will renumber the series from that point forward, with issue #76 to be solicited in January, and so on. Additionally, Top Cow will retroactively institute this numbering for all 10 Volume 3 issues of the series, resulting in the following changes:

• CLARIFICATION: X-Men vs. Hulk #1 (NOV08 2375, $3.99) will contain an all-new 22 page story plus a reprint of X-Men #66 (Volume 1). The editorial content of the book is not affected.

• The Wonderful Wizard of Oz #1 Campbell Villain Variant (OCT08 2375, $3.99) has been retitled The Wonderful Wizard of Oz #1 Campbell Variant.

• Moon Knight: Silent Knight #1 (OCT08 2428, $3.99) will now be 40 pages, not 48 pages.

• Wolverine: Flies to a Spider (OCT08 2474, $3.99) will be 40 pages, not 48 pages. Only non-editorial pages are being dropped; the originally solicited 34 editorial pages are unchanged.

• Punisher Max X-Mas Special 2008 & Bloody Variant (Reg.: OCT08 2486, Bloody Variant: OCT08 8007, $3.99 ea.) will now be 40 pages, not 48 pages, with no editorial content changes.

• The Ultimate Origins HC (Premier/Direct Mkt. Eds.: OCT08 2499-500, $24.99 ea.) will be 128 pages.

COMICS:

• Dynamite Entertainment's Battlestar Galactica: Cylon War #1 (NOV08 3935/7, $3.99; NOV08 3936, $15), solicited at 48 pages, will now run 40 pages.

TOYS:

• Please note that the Tonner PREVIEWS Exclusive Tomb Raider Lara Croft Doll (DEC08 4748, $119.99) is limited to 300 pieces.
